SwaSwara India Ayurveda Retreat

The SwaSwara Ayurveda Retreat experience is a seven-night program with a focus on the Indian tradition of Ayurveda alternative medicine. The treatments here are designed to rejuvenate and invigorate the body and include consultations with trained Ayurvedic doctors so you can feel confident in the techniques used. Two treatments will be offered daily, including therapeutic massages, group yoga and meditation sessions.
