India does not meet the conditions set out by GDPR (General Data Protection Regulations) in that the EU Commission has decided that it does not ensure an adequate level of protection, at this time.

We will ensure that you are informed of this prior to you booking with us and that you have given us explicit consent to the proposed transfer of information to these suppliers in India.
