Arrive at Cochin International Airport, where you’ll be warmly welcomed and driven to Fort Cochin, a charming coastal quarter.

Over two days, you’ll explore Fort Cochin and Mattancherry with your private guide. Wander through spice-scented alleys, watch the iconic Chinese fishing nets, and visit landmarks like St. Francis Church, the mural-filled Dutch Palace, and the beautifully preserved Paradesi Synagogue, the oldest active synagogue in the Commonwealth.

Browse antiques and artisan goods on Jew Street, then unwind with a private sunset cruise across the harbour. In the evening, a fantastic Kathakali dance/drama performance awaits. Arrive early to watch the performers apply their elaborate makeup beforehand!

Get set for an aromatic and educational experience learning about pepper, cardamom, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and coffee on a spice plantation tour led by a local expert.

For the adventurous, a half-day eco-adventure in Periyar Tiger Reserve  includes a 3–4 hour forest hike and 1 hour of bamboo rafting on Periyar Lake. You may spot elephants, Sambar deer, Indian bison, and a variety of birdlife along the shoreline.
