The Sanctuary attracts over 200 species of birds, including migratory visitors from Australia, North America and Siberia. Most commonly seen are species such as Egrets, Herons, Painted Storks, Spoonbills or the Woolly Necked Stork.

There’s a menagerie of mammals to catch a glimpse of, including flying foxes, wild otters and even marsh crocodiles!
